IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS, INSTALL, DOWNLOAD OR USE THE RODELIO LIMITED PRODUCT.

1. Agreement

This agreement is concluded between Secure360 VPN and you, as User of Rodelio Limited Product. You may use the Rodelio Limited Product only if you are 18 years old or older, and have the legal capacity and authorization to enter into an agreement with Rodelio Limited, with no restrictions according to applicable laws.

Rodelio Limited reserves the right to transfer these terms and conditions to any third party at its discretion, with notice provided to you.

2. License

Rodelio Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use the Rodelio Limited Product strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in this Use Agreement. Secure360 VPN retains all rights, titles, and interests not explicitly granted to you under this license, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.

You agree that neither you nor any other user you have granted access to will participate in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sending or receiving unsolicited and/or commercial emails that violate the law
• Engaging in the exploitation, possession, production, receipt, transport, or distribution of any illegal material
• Uploading, possessing, or distributing copyrighted material without permission
• Disrupting the service for other users or conducting DOS attacks
• Accessing data, systems, or networks without permission
• Transmitting material that harasses, threatens, or promotes harm or cruelty

3. Data

4. Product Modifications and Updates

Rodelio Limited, at its sole discretion, may occasionally modify Rodelio Limited Products, such as by adding or removing features through software updates.

Rodelio Limited may choose to offer limited technical support, upgrades, and updates for the Rodelio Limited Products at its discretion. By using the Rodelio Limited Products, you agree to receive these updates and upgrades.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to ensure that your use of the Rodelio Limited Products complies with all relevant local laws and regulations. You commit to adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Secure360 VPN does not guarantee the service or software. Additionally, Secure360 VPN makes no guarantees regarding the availability or performance of specific servers within the Rodelio Limited network.

RODELIO LIMITED PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," AND RODELIO LIMITED MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS.

7. Amendments

Secure360 VPN periodically examines this use agreement, and the revised version is consistently posted on our website. Continuing to use the Services after the Terms have been updated indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Final Provisions

If any term in the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that term will be interpreted to reflect its original purpose, and the other terms of the Agreement will continue to be fully effective.
