Welcome to Famous! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Famous mobile application (“Famous”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Famous. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

1.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Famous for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

1.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the app.
Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.

2. Image Processing

Famous allows users to upload or take photos to find their celebrity lookalikes. These images are processed using our proprietary algorithm, which analyzes facial features to generate a match with a curated database of celebrity images. The results are shown in the app and saved only on your device. We do not store or share your photos.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including text, images (excluding user uploads), logos, and software, is owned by Famous or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our permission.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any images or content you upload. By submitting content to the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of providing the app’s core functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results will be accurate.

Use of the app is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Famous shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app or by other means. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
